Follow up for the Support requested by Sales Person
Update Routine plan data on the business management table of last day customers tagged, executed and manager commented
KPI calculation of Sales team & Area Manager.
Training of CRM System for newly onboarded Marketing Staffs
Assist sales staff in cross-departmental communication and follow up on related issues until they are resolved.
Collect market information online and output data analysis reports.
Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management, administrative specialist, or similar role.
Advanced level of fluency in English is essential. And Chinese is a plus. xsgfvud
Proficient in using office software and CRM.
Familiar with sales support tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with sales process and procedures
Experience in Web and Marketing
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
