Overview
The Senior Education Manager, in alignment with brand/education strategy, builds internal and/or external learning strategy, training curriculum and delivers/evaluates education programme effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Develops and executes education plan aligned with central European strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders including Brand managers and Sales leaders.
* Follow up best-in-class learning trends and re-evaluate and continuously improve the learning experience.
* Develops and executes internal education programs (courses, online platforms, online courses) and external education programs (sawbones, cadaveric courses, online education).
* Develops new customer engagement programs and events supporting strategic goals and marketing objectives.
* Develops and deploys digital tools to facilitate learning.
* Maintains up-to-date sales training curriculum and material.
* Develops, schedules and communicates a calendar of internal and external education events.
* Documents and stores internal training participant lists for audit purposes.
* Partners with surgeon KOLs to ensure high-quality faculty at internal and external education activities.
* Audits selling capability and knowledge base of sales channels; builds a plan to close identified gaps.
* Allocates and manages the education budget in alignment with strategic priorities.
* Ensures educational activities across EMEA markets are coordinated and cohesive, driving agreed goals and strategies.
* May have responsibility for clinical research in collaboration with Brand Management.
* 40% Business Travel.
Qualifications / Tenure
Required
* 8-10 years of Medical or Internal Education with a significant portion in Med-tech / Pharma.
* BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field.
* Fluent English.
Preferred
* 4 years in a People Management role.
* Certification in training.
Experience / Skills
* Proven experience in Training coordination / Clinical Education Manager role.
* Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
* Understanding of sales process, preferably within relevant medical business.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent organizational skills.
