Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the
Sales Support Specialist (Temporary – Maternity Cover, 8 months)
is responsible for supporting the Sales Team in Spain by preparing offers, managing customer requests, and ensuring smooth administrative processes essential for customer satisfaction and team efficiency. This role is part of the Sales Support Team, located in
Derio (Spain), and will be hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support the Sales Team by preparing offers and handling customer requests (email and phone). Manage the shared inbox, responding to both internal and external customer queries. Prepare documentation for public tender processes and support ongoing opportunities. Ensure timely follow-up on offers and requests to deliver excellent customer service. Collaborate with colleagues to cover daily workload and achieve common objectives. The essential requirements of the job include
: Previous experience in administrative and/or sales support roles (minimum 2–3 years). Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. English at a working level (sufficient for onboarding and internal interactions). Experience in public tender processes is a plus.
