工作内容：-门店团队管理管理并激励Field Force团队（店员、导购、促销员等），提升终端表现和团队士气负责招聘、培训、考核终端员工，确保一致的品牌形象与服务质量-零售执行与终端管理保障门店标准陈列、物料更新、价格标识、演示设备完好定期巡店，识别问题并推动改进，提升消费者体验-销售目标达成协助制定区域销售计划并拆解到店，带领团队达成KPI（销售额、转化率、附件带动率等）分析终端销售数据，优化动销策略-培训与产品传导负责新品上市培训、产品知识讲解、销售技巧辅导保证一线人员理解品牌核心卖点，统一话术传递-市场反馈与竞品监测收集消费者反馈、竞品动向与市场变化，及时反馈给总部市场或销售团队任职要求：大专及以上学历，市场营销、管理、电子类相关专业优先2年以上3C或零售行业终端管理经验，有Field Force或店面销售团队管理经验者优先较强的沟通能力、执行力和抗压能力熟悉消费者电子产品市场，有热情了解科技类产品中文流利，英文可以作为工作语言工作地点：西班牙 马德里Job Responsibilities:
-Store Team ManagementManage and motivate the Field Force team (including store staff, promoters, sales assistants, etc.) to improve performance and team morale at the point of saleResponsible for recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of front-line staff to ensure consistent brand image and service quality-Retail Execution & Store ManagementEnsure in-store standard display, POS material updates, price labeling, and proper functioning of demo devicesConduct regular store visits, identify issues, and drive improvements to enhance customer experience-Sales Target AchievementAssist in developing regional sales plans and break them down to store level, lead the team to achieve KPIs (sales revenue, conversion rate, accessory attach rate, etc.)Analyze store-level sales data to optimize sell-out strategies-Training & Product CommunicationResponsible for new product launch training, product knowledge sharing, and sales skills coachingEnsure front-line staff fully understand the brand’s key selling points and deliver consistent messaging-Market Feedback & Competitor MonitoringCollect consumer feedback, monitor competitor activities and market trends, and report insights to the HQ marketing or sales team in a timely mannerJob Requirements:
College degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or Electronics-related majors2+ years of terminal/store management experience in the 3C (Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronics) or retail industry;
experience managing Field Force or in-store sales teams is a plusStrong communication skills, execution ability, and stress managementFamiliar with the consumer electronics market, with a passion for tech productsFluent in Chinese;
