PbEnterprise Account Executive - SaaS FinTech (Southern Europe Hunter) - EMEA /b /ppbr/ppA high-growth fintech is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive complex, high-value SaaS sales into Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and financial institutions across Southern Europe. This is a senior, quota-carrying role suited to a consultative seller who understands long enterprise sales cycles, thrives in high-growth environments, and has an established network within the banking sector across Spain, France and Italy. We are particularly interested in candidates who have developed trusted relationships within major European banking groups and can demonstrate access to senior stakeholders across Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliOwn the full end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through negotiation and close, targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks across Southern Europe. /liliDevelop and execute a territory strategy focused on Spain, France and Italy, with responsibility for acquiring new logos and expanding strategic relationships. /liliLeverage an established network within the banking sector to access senior decision-makers and accelerate new business opportunities. /liliBuild relationships with key stakeholders including: Group CIOs and CTOs, Heads of Digital Transformation, Heads of Payments, Heads of Lending, Chief Operating Officers, Heads of Operations, Chief Digital Officers, Innovation and Transformation Leaders, Procurement and Vendor Management teams /liliLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving compliance, legal, procurement, product, operations and executive sponsors. /liliManage proof-of-concepts, pilots and commercial negotiations through to successful contract execution. /liliPartner closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market initiatives and maximise conversion opportunities. /liliBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and regular reporting to senior leadership. /liliAct as a trusted advisor to banking clients, bringing market intelligence and customer feedback into product and commercial strategy. /li /ulpbr/ppbKey Skills Experience: /b /pulli7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including significant experience within FinTech or Banking Technology. /liliProven track record selling enterprise software solutions into Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks across Europe. /liliDemonstrated success securing meetings and winning business with large banking groups through existing relationships and network-driven sales. /liliStrong network of senior banking decision-makers across Spain, France and Italy. /liliExisting relationships with stakeholders across business, operations and technology functions within major banking organisations. /liliExperience navigating complex banking procurement, compliance and governance processes. /liliTrack record of consistently achieving or exceeding enterprise sales quotas. /liliStrong understanding of the banking technology ecosystem, including digital banking, payments, lending, core banking, risk, compliance and financial infrastructure solutions. /liliAbility to operate autonomously within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. /liliExceptional communication, negotiation and executive-level presentation skills. /liliFluent English is required. /liliFluency in Spanish and French is strongly preferred. /liliAdditional European languages, particularly Italian, would be advantageous. /li /ulpbr/ppEnterprise SaaS Sales FinTech Tier 1 Banks Tier 2 Banks Banking Technology Southern Europe Spain France Italy Enterprise Accounts Hunter New Logo Acquisition Strategic Sales Digital Banking Core Banking Payments Lending Technology Financial Infrastructure Complex Sales Cycles C-Level Relationships Banking Network Executive Stakeholder Management EMEA Quota Carrying Forecasting Business Development French Speaker Spanish Speaker Banking Transformation Enterprise Software Sales /p
