DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Manage partner forecasting and performance using tracking tools.
* Responsible for partner pipeline management, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals successfully and profitably.
* Manage a portfolio of partners, focusing on their sell-out, growth, and margins.
* Understand partner markets and competition; evaluate reseller interest.
* Set targets for resellers regarding wallet share, growth rate, and certification; identify gaps and plan actions to close them.
* Educate partner sales teams on products and solutions to foster loyalty.
* Ensure partners utilize promotions, events, and programs effectively.
* Collaborate with partners to drive revenue and support large deal closures.
* Drive attach rates with resellers.
* Coordinate internal resources to support partners in revenue growth and utilize success-leveraging methods.
* Possibly have deal pricing delegation rights and demonstrate effective utilization skills.
* Proactively review account activities to identify new business and upselling opportunities.
* Monitor and review partner marketing plans, investments, and co-marketing activities, including ROI analysis.
* Recruit new partners when relevant.
* Attend country partner events to meet key partners.
REQUIREMENTS :
* Native/fluent in German (verbal and written); fluent in English (at least B2 level).
* Minimum 2 years' relevant technical sales experience preferred.
* Experience in channel environments, with knowledge of partners and distributors, is advantageous.
* Familiarity with channel programs.
* Solid knowledge of sales CRMs and Microsoft Office.
* Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Target and goal-oriented with good business acumen.
* Quick learner, independent worker, and team player.
