What you will do in this role:
* Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance goals weekly, monthly, and quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure CRM data is current and accurate.
* Remove roadblocks and support the team in resolving challenges to support sales opportunities.
* Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plans and best practices for specific territories.
* Stay informed about developments in client services and market trends, and ensure the team is updated.
* Act as a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues.
* Maintain communication with the Sales Director and external clients to foster strategic relationships.
* Ensure team understanding to meet operating plan targets, sales targets, and client performance targets.
* Coordinate team incentives and sales performance incentive funds.
* Build and maintain business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.
Your qualifications:

* Are bilingual or proficient in English and Dutch.
* Have 5+ years of proven sales experience.
* Have a passion for customer experience and team results.

* Have an excellent coaching record and a history of developing employees.
* Have experience maximizing revenue through best practices.
* Have experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
* Are skilled at finding solutions as a manager.
