The Logistics Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely flow of goods through the operational management of external logistics. This includes daily coordination with external suppliers, strategic planning of transport routes and detailed tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery in accordance with established quality standards. This role is key to optimising logistics processes, reducing operational costs and maintaining fluid communication with stakeholders in the supply chain.

Direct reporting line to Commercial and Supply Chain Pharma Manager
Main Accountabilities
Management of external logistics.
Coordination with external suppliers.
Route planning.
Tracking of shipments.
Coordination of documentation for non‐EU shipments.
Qualifications/Requirements
Formal Qualifications and Experience
Training related to Transport, Logistics, International Trade, or similar.
Experience: minimum 2 years performing similar functions in an industrial environment.
Excel medium‐high level.
Fluency in Spanish, and medium‐high level of English.
Knowledge of SAP or other logistics management tools would be an advantage; knowledge of route management and logistics coordination.
