You will join a high-impact, international team during a critical stage of growth. Technical Vision & Strategy: Lead the definition of the "Blue Book" : the global technical standards for critical systems ( HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical ) and their digitalization.

You must be able to evaluate, challenge, and validate technical designs and installations.
Drive the use of Building Management Systems (BMS) and data monitoring to optimize costs and drastically reduce the corporate carbon footprint.
Global Project Oversight: Supervise landmark projects, such as the new Experience Center in Munich, ensuring they meet the group's high-level quality and sustainability benchmarks.
Advanced HVAC: Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and thermal comfort control.
Industrial Thermal Systems: Heat pumps (air-to-water, geothermal), VRF/VRV systems, and high-power industrial boilers.
Fire protection (sprinklers), plumbing, and sanitation.
Connecting mechanical hardware with software control logic to drive performance.
A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Building Services). xpzdshu
