Focus on SAP is a specialist SAP and ERP Recruitment organisation offering both permanent and contract staffing solutions on a global scale.
Client – Partnered with a a large, international consumer-focused enterprise operating across multiple regions worldwide. The organisation is known for its stable, long-term outlook, strong governance, and investment in modern enterprise systems .
Role – The client are transforming their Finance processes across their Global Shared Services and are looking for a hands-on SAP FI Consultant to join an active programme already in delivery. This is a business-facing role requiring someone who can quickly embed themselves, work independently, and help shape the way forward alongside Finance stakeholders. This is an opportunity to join a well-established global employer undergoing meaningful finance transformation, with strong executive sponsorship and a clear roadmap.
Key Skills
* Proven, hands-on expertise as an SAP FI Consultant.
* A self-starter with strong ownership and orchestration capability.
* Comfortable leading discussions directly with business counterparts and shaping solutions.
* Able to operate independently without the need for detailed guidance.
* Experience working within Shared Services or global finance environments.
* Based in or near Madrid, with the ability to attend the office when required
o This is important to enable rapid onboarding, as the programme is already underway
* Experience with cloud-based applications and system integrations is highly desirable due to multiple cloud interfaces.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills is a must.
