At BMC Helix, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Digital Sales Manager to build and inspire a high-performing team within our Inside sales division. Reporting to the AVP of Digital Sales Globally, this role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital sales and make a lasting impact.


Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success:


* Build, mentor, and lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), fostering a culture of ambition, growth, and excellence.
* Recruit and develop top sales talent while ensuring operational excellence and high efficiency in a structured, results-driven environment.
* Set clear expectations and drive accountability, tracking performance and continuously improving team results.
* Inspire and coach your team with high energy, equipping them with best practices to exceed sales targets and embrace success.
* Innovate and implement new processes that enhance efficiency, productivity, and engagement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field sales, solutions engineering, and corporate teams, to drive strategic growth.
* Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and performance insights to senior management, shaping the future of our sales strategy.

* You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving outstanding results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* You are a natural leader with exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
* You take pride in developing talent, fostering a sense of accountability, and creating a winning culture.
* You thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and are motivated by driving sales success.
* You are proactive and innovative, always seeking ways to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
* You are fluent in English, and additional languages would be a plus.
* You thrive in an environment where you can recruit, coach, and elevate your team to new levels of success.
