We’re looking for a dynamic Category Manager to lead our Toys & Games category on Miravia — an innovative e-commerce platform by Alibaba Group, based in Madrid. You’ll shape the annual strategy, drive growth, and build strong partnerships with top brands and sellers — all to deliver a winning shopping experience for Spanish consumers.
What You’ll Do
Develop category strategies and business plans based on market trends, competition, and consumer insights.
Lead product selection, seasonal promotions, and supply expansion across toys & games.
Optimize seller performance through store operations, content quality, pricing, and traffic.
Collaborate with marketing and traffic teams to boost visibility and sales via campaigns and social commerce.
Launch innovation projects that meet local customer needs — fast, focused, results‑driven.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
1–3 years in category management, retail, or brand management — ideally in Toys or Games.
Solid experience in e-commerce and marketplace operations.
Skilled in negotiation, commercial strategy, and P&L thinking.
Comfortable working cross‑functionally and managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with AI tools for market analysis, pricing, or operational efficiency. xpzdshu
