Within our IT department, we are looking for a Web & e-sales Project Manager.
You will be a key member of the Customer Experience Team, which is supporting diverse domains such as web, CRM, Sharepoint, Power platform and EDI integration. Within this team, you will play a key role on the “Web Presence & e-Sales domain” covering all aspects of AGC digital strategy, with a main focus on web support and project management for different B2C & B2B initiatives.
Roles and responsibilities
* You will be responsible for the support to diverse web platforms/web services actively used by different AGC business units for project implementations, corrective and evolutive maintenance (change requests and new developments).
* You will be the main point of contact of the business stakeholders and the external agencies, and coordinate the changes on these web platforms.
* You will be the main subject matter expert on the functionalities & architecture/system landscape of your web platforms/services, working in close coordination with your business counterparts and internal IT teams.
* You will be responsible for project production & planning, allocating resources and budgeting (small to mid-size improvements).
* You will ensure the review and delivery of the project, on time and within budget, while managing risks.
* You will focus on empowering the collaboration between the internal teams (infra, network, SAP, CRM, security etc) and with external web agencies for your projects/applications.
* You will ensure the quality of the project by challenging the deliveries and by following an adequate quality assurance policy.
* You will contribute to the company-wide projects aimed to build the best digital experience.
* You will coordinate maintenance activities of the applications after they have been implemented.
