Position Overview
\n
11:11 Projects is seeking a highly organized, locally fluent Public Art & Events Producer to lead production and municipal coordination for large-scale public art and festivals in the San Fernando Valley.
\n
This is a hands-on production role responsible for permitting, city coordination, artist logistics, vendor oversight, and on-site execution.
\n
The Executive Director maintains curatorial and strategic oversight; this position ensures seamless implementation.
\n
In addition to production management, this role oversees civic narrative development and documentation strategy for each project, ensuring that public art initiatives are properly captured, contextualized, and archived for public, civic, and institutional use.
\n
This is not a marketing director role.
\n
The position ensures documentation and narrative infrastructure are in place; final messaging and communications strategy remain with the Executive Director and communications support.

Responsibilities
