Your Mission
As part of our global commercial team, you will lead category growth strategies with a strong focus on generating sustainable value for customers, shoppers, and the business.
You will play a key strategic role by:
Defining and executing category strategies by channel and market.
Translating global and regional visions into impactful local execution.
Driving data-based decision-making through market, shopper, and competitor analysis.
Building strong partnerships with key customers and influencing point-of-sale strategy.
Leading cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Managing product launches, visibility initiatives, pricing strategies, and 360 campaigns.
Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and performance.
This highly visible role has a direct impact on business performance, customer strategy, and commercial excellence.

What You Bring
University degree in Business, Economics, Sciences, or Engineering.
Fluent English.
+6 years of experience in Category Management, Shopper Marketing, or Commercial Strategy.
Strong experience in retail and/or pharmaceutical environments.
Proven track record managing key accounts, category growth, and strategic initiatives.
Excellent communication, leadership, adaptability, and business orientation.
