Job Description
We are currently seeking two new team members to join our organization.
One will be based in Madrid and the other in Barcelona.
Both positions are designed to provide on-demand support to our Operations departments, meaning that while these individuals will be officially assigned to a different department within the company, they will remain actively involved in supporting various operational needs as they arise.
This dual-role structure offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across departments, contribute to key business functions, and develop a well-rounded understanding of our operational workflows. The selected candidates will be considered fully integrated employees, collaborating closely with multiple teams and playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our day-to-day activities and acting as backup in every department.
Qualifications
- Studies: Logistics and transport, or related.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Freight Forwarding company.
- Experience in more than one department will be a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English is a MUST (we will test it writing and speaking)
- Computer skills for the use of Microsoft Office package (Intermediate Level).
- Willingness to learn.
- Proactive person.
