Key Responsibilities.
Monitor orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate transportation and prepare all required customs documentation.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Guarantee accurate and timely invoicing.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and suppliers.
Support the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks.
What the position is looking for.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
(3- 4 years of experience) Advanced English skills (minimum C1) and fluency in Spanish.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, international environment.
Proactive, positive attitude with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
