Location: Madrid or Málaga Spain
Who you are
The Assurance domain is part of Digital Network & OSS. The purpose is to engineer and deliver Fault Management Systems. These tools enable the 1st Level and 2nd level operations to manage the network efficiently.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
1. Excellent knowledge of OSS systems, especially HPE TeMIP.
2. Bachelor's degree or FP (Spain) in telecommunications field.
3. At least 5 years professional experience in same or similar role.
4. Good communication & teamwork skills, ideally in international environments.
5. Project management skills.
6. High level of english. It will be the working language.
Nice to have:
7. Experience working with Agile Scrum or Safe methodology.
What you’ll do
8. Deliver Fault Management solutions to effective monitor the network from our Network Operating Center
9. Increase the automation capabilities and enable zero touch operations
10. Define and deliver technical solutions that enable working cross different OSS platforms
11. Analyse the business requirements of our internal customer in NOC
12. Ensure reliable of the TeMIP system
13. Define the platform roadmap
14. Accountable for the engineering of the TeMIP FM systems and complex solutions across the European markets in line with business needs and the domain's and vertical's strategy.
