From our office in Barcelona, we are looking for a Sales Manager in CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers) department.
Mission: Develop and manage Account list assigned promoting the Company product portfolio. Reach the sales targets defined by the Company; Develop the Company portfolio with the introduction of new Principals/products Maintenance of the relation between the Company and the market Collection of market info needed for sales monitoring and development.
Tasks:
* Yearly Sales Budget input (revenues/volumes/margins) at customer/product level, under the supervision of the Business Unit Manager (BUM)
* Reach the Sales targets (Budget) for revenues and margins in the customer list assigned
* Prospect customers identification and business development
* Regular monitoring of Sales trend and Sales Budget deviations
* Manage commercial relationships with customers assigned, negotiating prices and supply conditions within the operating frame agreed with BUM
* Provide BUM market info necessary for correct stock refurbishing/maintenance, including managing low rotating stocks
* Apply prices/conditions/sales strategies defined by BUM
* Regularly redact visit reports using Corporate tools (CRM) and manage the diffusion of the information included
* Organize Customers joint visits when required by BUM/Principals;
Required:
* Technical background: degree in Chemical Engineering, or similar
* English and Spanish: full professional proficiency level
* 5 years experience in similar positions
* Developed skills of interpersonal interactions
* Developed negotiation skills
* Ability to operate by targets
* Availability to visit customers at least 30% of his/her time
