Responsibilities:
Intercompany Management
1. Manage orders placed by Klüber Group companies
2. Confirm delivery deadlines in close coordination with Planning, Laboratory, Shipping, Logistics, and Purchasing (raw materials)
3. Oversee transportation processes including cost/time consultations, delivery delays, and POD (Proof of Delivery) requests
4. Record pricing data in the system based on inputs from the Controlling department
5. Coordinate the shipment of intercompany samples
6. Handle intercompany invoicing processes
7. Prepare internal reports on a regular or ad hoc basis
IEC – Import / Export / Customs
8. Ensure full compliance with current import-export and customs legislation
9. Review and maintain documentation for import/export activities
10. Prepare necessary documents for customs declarations
11. Serve as the point of contact for freight forwarders, customs agents, and authorities
12. Manage LTSDs requested by KLM on a case-by-case basis
Qualifications:
13. Degree in Logistics, Customer Service, International Trade, or a related field is preferred but not required
14. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Import & Export operations
15. Proven experience in managing teams
16. Fluency in Spanish (C1 level) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
17. Strong IT skills including SAP-SD and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
18. Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and prioritization abilities
19. Valid driver's license and own car
