Your Role
As our Rentals Manager, you'll:
* Lead and grow our rentals division with energy and vision.
* Build lasting relationships with property owners and clients.
* Oversee listings, marketing, viewings, and deal negotiations.
* Drive performance and client satisfaction across the portfolio.
* Deliver the Roccabox experience – five‑star service every time.
What We're Looking For
* Fluent in English & Spanish (extra languages a big plus).
* Confident, proactive, and results‑driven.
* Exceptional communicator and natural leader.
* Real estate experience preferred; ambition essential.
* Full driver's license and own vehicle.
