We are looking for a Customer Assurance Hardware Support Engineer to join our team in León.

What the role involves:

- Provide technical support for applications across different platforms in Large Format Printers (LFP).
- Hold accountability for technical escalations to GBU that were not resolved by regional service teams, ensuring the quickest Time to Response.
- Deliver high-level troubleshooting expertise by engaging with Ops Engineering & R&D; to accelerate issue resolution.
- Capture customer issues, assess their impact, and enable fast understanding of product failures.
- Work closely with the Voice of the Customer process to drive continuous improvement of current products and ensure feedback is integrated into future product designs.
- Deploy product hardware and firmware fixes and updates to the field, mitigating customer and warranty impact while enhancing customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.

What you will need to succeed:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Higher Education, or similar (mechanical, electronics, graphic arts, etc.).
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel macros.
- Strong knowledge of presentation tools.
- Flexibility, adaptability, autonomy, and proactivity in demanding work environments.
- Ability to structure, consolidate, and summarize information effectively.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Position details:

Location: León, Spain.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (3 days a week in the office).
