Overview
GRUNDFOS is looking for a Project Manager to join our Industrial (IND) team in Southern Europe. Location:
Spain or Italy. Reports to:
Manager Project Delivery, IND, Europe.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex industrial projects from start to finish. Your mission will be to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead high-complexity projects using Grundfos systems and processes
* Coordinate on-site activities with customers and subcontractors
* Manage project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and risks
* Ensure compliance with contracts, QA/QC, Health & Safety, and performance standards
* Act as the main technical and customer-facing contact throughout the project lifecycle
* Support proposal teams with project evaluations and risk assessments
* Report on project financials and compile lessons learned
* Oversee logistics and workshop activities when needed
* Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payments
What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and Project Management
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large international company
* Fluent in English, Spanish and/or Italian;
other European languages are a plus
* Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
* Strong technical knowledge of pumps, dosing, and disinfection systems
* Experience in contract management and cross-functional project coordination
* Familiarity with CRM, SAP PS/BW, MS Office, project management tools, and CAD
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Willingness to travel as part of the role
