Inside Sales Account Manager – Telecom Software (OSS Focus)
Polystar, Elisa Industriq company, is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Account Manager to help us grow in a fast-evolving market. This is a key role for someone who thrives on building trust with technical decision-makers and driving meaningful business outcomes.
What you’ll do:
· Expand and nurture relationships with small and mid-sized telecom operators across Europe
· Understand customer pain points and, together with solution experts, use our OSS products to solve them
· Drive new business by identifying and engaging prospects: hund, land, expand
· Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless customer experience
What we’re looking for:
· Proven success in telecom software sales, ideally with OSS experience
· Solid understanding of mobile networks and OSS/BSS concepts
· Strong communication and presentation skills in English. Additional European languages are a plus
· Comfortable working across cultures and time zones in a hybrid environment
· Self-driven, tech-savvy, and confident in complex sales interactions
· Mid to late career professionals preferred: this role requires credibility with senior technical stakeholders
· Some travel is required, approximately 10-20 days a year
