Automotive brand is seeking an experienced Inventory & Reconciliation Manager to support inventory control, reconciliation, and materials management activities across automotive parts operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and financial reconciliation processes across procurement, resale, and manufacturing operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation of system records, physical stock, and production consumption data.
- Monitor BOM-based material consumption and investigate inventory variances.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Logistics, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
- Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and warehouse operations.
- Execute inventory transactions within SAP/WMS systems and ensure data integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement of inventory management processes and controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive parts logistics, inventory control, materials management, or supply chain operations.
- Experience within automotive OEMs or automotive component suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM, WM, EWM, ERP, or WMS systems.
- Experience managing inventory reconciliation, inventory accuracy, stock control, and BOM-related processes.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
