We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience for our clients and supporting our commercial operations across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Oversee the end‑to‑end order management process, ensuring every order flows smoothly from reception to final delivery.
- Manually process orders (Deferred, Medical, Hospitals, Wholesalers, Mass Market, Ecommerce) in SAP, guaranteeing accuracy at every step.
- Manage and resolve logistics and billing incidents, acting swiftly to maintain service excellence.
- Handle insurance claim processing with precision and follow‑through.
- Maintain and update customer Master Data in Salesforce and SAP.
- Coordinate commercial credits, product withdrawals, and other customer-related adjustments.
- Review and troubleshoot blocked, rejected, or errored orders in SAP.
- Respond to Customer Service calls and provide support to the commercial network.
- Manage documentation requests, including invoices, 347 forms, and export certificates.
- Oversee the daily release of pre-sales and support campaign management activities.

Requirements: You'll excel if you have...
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced level of Excel and SAP (SD).
- Fluent Spanish, medium level of English. Italian is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
