Experteer Overview As Talent Management Partner, you will drive the talent strategy across multiple teams in a fast-paced travel tech company. You’ll work with the People Team to optimize talent processes, leverage analytics, and implement AI-enabled solutions to boost performance and development. You will partner with COEs and HRBPs to roll out core programs and ensure data-driven decision making.
