Essential skills:
Interest for yachts and the yachting industry
High attention to detail and good organisation skills
A professional and personable manner and the ability to liaise directly with important clients
High standard of English and Spanish and any other languages are a plus
Very comfortable in administrational tasks (such as Outlook, CRM, etc.)
Being a team player
Ability to work fast, under pressure and be reactive
Being curious and eager to learn
Main responsibilities:
Support the Group Director and Senior Charter Manager in the Palma office
Be available to clients when needed
Develop and maintain an in-depth and fundamental understanding of all clauses within the MYBA Charter Agreement.
Administration (payments, data base, logging enquiries, agreements, etc.)
Assist with providing information for marketing material
Provide fast and effective response to any issues that arise before, during or after charters
Develop own network of contacts in order to grow and develop business opportunities
Attend and promote yacht shows and events as required by the company
