About the Role
We are looking for an
International Brand Manager
to strengthen our global presence and ensure a flawless expression of Eight & Bob across all markets. This role blends
strategic thinking

You will act as a
bridge between our creative universe and international markets
, ensuring that every activation, every space and every message reflects the Eight & Bob DNA with rigor, inspiration and consistency.
You will work closely with our global distributors and partners, empowering them to deploy local marketing actions that stay true to our brand values and universe. You will also contribute to the
development of assets, campaigns and product initiatives
, bringing visual judgment, cultural awareness and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
* Support our international partners
in the planning and execution of their marketing activities.
* Protect and elevate brand consistency across all markets.
* Drive adoption and proper
implementation of brand training materials
, reinforcing a coherent and aspirational brand narrative.
* Lead global projects
including events, product launches, collaborations and product presentations.
* Maintain
fluid communication with local teams
, facilitating information flow and best-practice sharing.
* Collaborate on
product development
, packaging and visual merchandising, bringing refined aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
* Coordinate international
trade marketing
activities, ensuring implementation of materials, training and VM according to global guidelines.
* Provide cultural, visual and creative references that inspire and elevate the brand universe.
* Act with entrepreneurial mindset and results orientation: clarity, precision, speed and excellence in delivery.
Your Profile
* +4 years of experience in international marketing
, brand management or global communications. Preferably within luxury, beauty or premium lifestyle brands.
* Proven experience in
product design
or product development, ideally within the luxury or fashion industry.
* Fluent English
; additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to
plan, coordinate and execute multiple projects
simultaneously.
* Refined aesthetic vision
and strong cultural sensitivity.
* Creative
yet pragmatic mindset, able to generate impact with measured resources.
