From the Headquarters in Spain, located in San Fernando de Hernares, we are looking for a HR Manager that:
* Reports to the HR Director, responsible for supporting the HR department across all business lines.
* Plays a critical role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
* Fosters a committed culture, manages conflicts, and handles internal communication.
* Collaborates in managing labor and administrative aspects of HR.
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing legal-labor matters and develop employee relations strategies.
* Support managers and employees on HR issues like performance, conflicts, and policies.
* Work with legal counsel on employee relations and ensure legal compliance.
* Manage agreements with Workers' Representative Committee (RLT).
* Facilitate communication between HR and business lines, primarily hygiene and sales.
* Assist in integrating HR policies of acquired companies.
* Collaborate on projects related to performance, talent, and training.
* Evaluate work environment and manage conflicts.
* Assist in managing compensation plans and organizational culture integration.
* Monitor KPIs related to employee relations and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in law, psychology, business administration, or similar, with HR or Labor Relations training.
* Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Experience in investigations and handling complex employee issues.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience
* At least 4 years managing HR teams and employee relations.
* Approximately 10 years of sector experience in a multinational environment.
Technical Skills
* Intermediate proficiency in Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of HR management ERP systems is a plus.
Languages
Bilingual in English.
Additional Information
Willingness to travel frequently.
