The Opportunity
As an Image & 360 graduate, you’ll support the development and execution of 360° image campaigns and activations for Carolina Herrera’s makeup category. Reporting directly to the Image & 360 Manager, you’ll be immersed in a creative environment at the intersection of fashion, beauty, and luxury storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate eager to grow in creative production, project coordination, and brand storytelling within an international luxury house.
What you'll get to do
Creative & Strategic Input
* Contribute creatively in brainstorms and reviews
* Assist in visual research, reference sourcing, and scouting new talent or collaborators
* Help prepare and maintain shared project documents, moodboards, and creative decks
* Monitor competitor activity and cultural trends in fashion/beauty
Image Production & Project Management
* Assist in managing calendars, shoot logistics, and deliverables from pre-production through post
* Help coordinate stakeholders (agencies, creative partners, internal teams)
* Support budget tracking and cost overviews (e.g. talent usage rights, supplier invoices)
360° Cross-Department Collaboration
* Help ensure brand consistency across all campaign assets
* Liaise with key departments (Marketing, Product, PR, Digital, Retail) to align campaign execution
* Participate in cross-functional meetings to support overall project coordination
* Contribute to ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints (social media, retail, e-commerce)
We'd love to meet you if you have
* Recent graduate in Communications, Fashion, Art Direction, Design or related fields
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Aesthetic sensitivity and passion for visual storytelling in the luxury industry
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a collaborative team setting
* Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft office and Adobe Creative Suite / Familiarity with AI
