In this role, you will: /ppbr/ppbPerformance Testing Optimization /b /pulliRegularly conduct performance, load, and stress tests on web applications to ensure compliance with defined SLAs. /liliAnalyze frontend performance using modern tools (e.g., Lighthouse, WebPageTest, Dynatrace) and browser developer tools. /liliIdentify performance bottlenecks across frontend, APIs, and infrastructure, and recommend improvements. /li /ulpbr/ppbCollaboration Quality Assurance /b /pulliWork closely with developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. /liliDocument test strategies, scenarios, and results with clear reporting tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /liliContribute to building a performance-first culture by coaching teams and embedding testing early in the development lifecycle. /li /ulpbr/ppbMonitoring Incident Management /b /pulliMonitor production environments using real-user monitoring (RUM) and synthetic testing solutions. /liliProactively identify risks and potential degradations in application performance. /liliSupport troubleshooting of performance-related incidents across multiple system layers. /li /ulpbr/ppbYOUR PROFILE /b /p pTo be successful in this role, you should have: /ppbr/ppbEducation Experience /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. /lili2–4 years of experience in performance testing, ideally in banking or financial services. /li /ulpbr/ppbPerformance Engineering Expertise /b /pulliStrong knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, k6). /liliExperience with frontend monitoring frameworks and developer tools. /liliProficiency in scripting and test automation (JavaScript, Python, or similar). /liliFamiliarity with CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). /li /ulpbr/ppbSolid understanding of frontend-oriented development, including /b /pulliWeb technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular). /liliPerformance optimization techniques (lazy loading, caching, CDN, minification). /liliBackend/API dependencies and their impact on frontend performance. /liliCloud and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). /li /ulpbr/ppbNice-to-Have /b /pulliExperience in the banking sector or with secure, regulated environments. /liliExposure to synthetic monitoring and observability solutions (New Relic, AppDynamics, Elastic APM). /liliKnowledge of accessibility, security, and compliance standards in frontend applications. /li /ulpbr/ppbCommunication Stakeholder Management /b /pulliExcellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both technical and business teams. /liliStrong problem-solving mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively in an international setup. /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout LGT Digital Factory /b /ppbr/ppLGT Digital Factory was initiated as a project in 2022 to drive the digital transformation of LGT Private Bank by designing and managing innovative digital tools and seamless user experiences.
