Description and Requirements:
If you're looking for a new professional challenge where you'll contribute to changing the energy world, we are seeking a Técnico(a) gestor(a) ACME to join our team in Salt – Montnegre.
Who will you work with?
You will join a team responsible for harmonizing and prioritizing all operational activities related to measurement equipment to ensure operational levels and quality of the park, while meeting customer requests and legal deadlines.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Perform activities related to the installation and replacement of meters, concentrators, and related components.
* Coordinate and monitor activities with the concentrated units and the area itself (Meter Deployment/Operational Support and Planning, Meter Operation, Inspection, Resource Management, etc.)
* Coordinate with contracted companies to ensure contractual obligations are met: safety coordination, activity and deadline monitoring, campaign work planning, invoice supervision, management of returned TDCs to the manager, incident handling, inventory management of meters, etc.
* Apply specific guidelines of Meter Operation and Meter Deployment for field work execution.
* Conduct training/information activities directed at contractor companies, ensuring proper deployment in assigned areas.
What are the requirements?
The essential requirements are:
* University degree in Engineering or similar
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook
* Technical knowledge of Enel Grids Iberia's business and involved areas/contracts/systems, operational processes, field activities, and safety procedures
* Experience in the electrical distribution business, familiarity with processes and systems of E-Distribución Redes Digitales
* Strong communication skills, teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and continuous improvement mindset
* Ability to coordinate with other units and interact with operational territorial areas
Preferred qualifications include post-graduate or master's in Engineering or similar, advanced MS Office skills (Access, Project), problem-solving, networking knowledge, data & analytics, Power BI, knowledge of Enel Grids Iberia's operational processes and systems (e.g., BEAT), intermediate English, basic Italian, experience in user testing and system requirements, and experience with the EDRD Telemanagement Project.
