Position: Regulatory Affairs Project Manager
Location : Remote / Home Working EU Wide
Introduction
Our client seeks a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves working at the forefront of regulatory science, facilitating the registration and market approval of active substances under EU Regulation 1107 / 2009. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience and a solid background in risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead regulatory projects for the registration of active substances under EU Regulation 1107 / 2009.
* Prepare and review regulatory submissions ensuring compliance with EU requirements.
* Conduct data gap analyses, prepare dossiers, and perform risk assessments.
* Liaise with clients, authorities, and internal teams to address regulatory requests.
* Develop strategies to facilitate product registration and market entry.
* Ensure timely submission of documents and stay updated on relevant regulations.
* Coordinate with project managers and senior specialists to deliver regulatory support.
Key Requirements
* 5-10 years of regulatory affairs experience related to EU Regulation 1107 / 2009, especially active substance registration.
* Strong risk assessment background.
* Experience in preparing and submitting regulatory dossiers.
* Excellent knowledge of EU regulations for plant protection products.
* Strong project management skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., chemistry, biology, environmental science).
