Junior Sales Manager – German Market | Based in SpainWe are currently partnering with a well-established European manufacturer of adaptable packaging, recognized for its high-quality, innovative and sustainable solutions across international markets.To support continued growth in the German market, we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager, based in Spain, who is motivated to build an international sales career within an industrial environment.Your Role You will support the sales activities for Germany, working closely with senior sales colleagues and internal teams while gradually taking on more responsibility.
Support the development of sales activities in the German marketAssist in managing existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunitiesCoordinate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order follow-upPrepare commercial offers, pricing proposals, and sales documentationSupport negotiations and customer meetings together with senior team membersConduct market and customer research to identify trends and opportunitiesParticipate in business trips to GermanyWhat We're Looking ForFirst experience or strong interest in B2 B sales, ideally within the packaging sectorStrong communication skills and a natural commercial mindsetFluent German at business level is mandatory; good command of English required (Spanish is a plus)Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in an international settingWillingness to travel regularly to Germany and occasionally within EuropeWhat's xugodme On OfferSalary range between €30,000 and €50,000 gross per year, depending on experienceAttractive uncapped performance-based incentivesThe opportunity to grow within a stable and growing European industrial group.
