This is a place to make a difference in the world. /ppThe Role W hat Y ou W ill B e D oing /ppbInclude introductory paragraph here if available /b /ppEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Senior Product Manager (Cardiometabolic) role will make an impact : /ppDeep knowledge and understanding of the market of each brand managed : competitors, pricing positioning, new launches, strategy, commercial approach, positioning, etc. /ppElaborate and execute the strategic plan : messages, positioning, materials, and actions. /ppCreate commercial campaigns based on the market knowledge. /ppManage the digital tools available for each brand (website, social media, etc.) /ppCommunicate internal and externally the plan and be proactive in ways to achieve it /ppbConsolidate and improve performance of existing brands. /b /ppEvaluate and create the business plan if needed of new opportunities to improve the portfolio /ppManage the media investment with clear understanding of the different actions. /ppThorough forecasting to make sure there is no stock issue /ppPL control and tracking /ppbMarketing AP follow-up /b /ppCreation of creative campaigns making sure the messages are right to achieve the objective /ppSales team training to make sure the key concepts of the brands are understood /ppbAbout Y our S kills E xperience /b /ppFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences : /ppBachelor's degree in Business / Marketing or any relevant area /ppAt least 5 years’ of experience in managing CVMET products or products related to cardiology, primary care or internal medicine areas. /ppStrong strategic thinker with ability to formulate, develop and execute strategy /ppExperience with project management /ppExperience with people management /ppExperience with media consumer campaigns /ppExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and power point). /ppFamiliar with KOL’s management /ppExperience with omnichannel is desirable /ppAdvanced English level, both written and spoken. /ppSkillful with processes and tools. /ppStrong analytical skills /ppProblem solving mindset /ppbAvailability to travel up to 20% of time /b /ppAt Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
