We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our Energy Infrastructure team in the role of Senior Sales Manager to drive the growth in our power conversion system (PCS) business in our Madrid office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop new customer accounts in Spain for utility projects, including account development, relationship management, and lead generation.
2. Account development and management of the potential market leading BESS developers, and several other key accounts (EPC).
3. Drive new sales of PCS for utility scale market, and management of the project pipeline.
4. Report as necessary on sales activities, competition, customer responsiveness, and periodic sales forecast.
5. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies as necessary to hit KPIs and targets
Requisitos
Qualifications
1. At least 10 years of proven experience with a solid track record in successful business development, and sales, preferably in the converter/ inverter, BESS industry or renewable energy sector. Having previously worked for a converter/inverter manufacturer will be an advantage.
2. Strong knowledge of BESS converter/ inverter functionality and power system with also strong commercial sales knowledge, preferable in the renewable energy/ BESS industry.
3. Native Spanish speaker with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese language considered a plus.
4. Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
5. Willingness to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.
6. RIGHT TO WORK IN SPAIN IS MANDATORY.
