Our Business Development team is growing, so we are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) located in Bilbao and/or surrounding areas. If you consider yourself capable of identifying customer needs and delivering solutions, continue reading.
What will be your mission?
Your mission will focus on understanding client needs, proposing solutions, negotiating conditions, and successfully closing deals that benefit both parties. Additionally, you will manage existing client portfolios through farming work, closely listening to current needs and anticipating future requirements.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor's or university degree in Sales, Marketing, Technology, or related fields with at least +5 years experience in technology sales or account management (systems, networking, security, cybersecurity).
* A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity is a plus.
* Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Digital Trust Services (signature, identity) and/or Cybersecurity Services (offensive security, governance, SOC, resilience).
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Self-starter with a positive attitude, focused, and determined.
* Sales-driven with a hunter mentality, yet customer-focused.
* Collaborative team player.
* Enthusiast of technology with solid knowledge of IT landscape and current technologies.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, diplomacy, and influencing skills.
What challenges and tasks can you find in this job?
* Proposal Development and Deal Closure: Lead the creation of tailored proposals using WISE SECURITY’s portfolio.
* Client Relationship Management: Engage proactively with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring retention and growth.
* Teamwork: Collaborate with finance and sales teams for accurate and timely invoicing.
* CRM Management: Keep the CRM system updated and accurate.
* Continuous Learning: Pursue cybersecurity training and certifications, and share knowledge with the team.
