As Head of Revenue Management EMEA you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the pricing strategy across the Revenue and Commercial Area in EMEA.

based in our headquarters in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
✔️ What will your day-to-day work be like?
Reporting to the EMEA Revenue Director, the Head of Revenue Strategy is responsible for:
* Unifying the channel distribution strategy in the region, aligning the Revenue and Sales Team with this distribution policy and strategy, ensuring and promoting best practices, providing ongoing knowledge, dashboards, business cases and conclusions for continuous improvement in this process.
* Leading and coordinating Hotel projections in the Commercial Area and new hotels’ opportunities in the region, aligning insights, Commercial sentiment, and benchmarking, among own business cases or external sources, to ensure an accurate and successful Revenue projection.
* Leading onboarding of new hotels, from the pre-analysis to the Revenue pricing landing, including inventory construction process, ensuring Revenue guidelines and strategies are implemented.
* Working with the Sales and E-commerce Team of all the different channels to define effective promos and rates conditions to ensure that these offers target the right customer through the right channels.
* Playing a key role in the Strategic Planning, Pricing and Budgeting processes across the year.
* Maximizing room revenue contribution through understanding destinations, booking channels and demand patterns.
* Driving incremental revenue based on a data-driven analysis, while anticipating market opportunities and conditions.
* Providing leadership, motivation and support to the Revenue Team.
* Supporting the Revenue and Sales Team with problem solving, coordination or decision-making if needed.
What are we looking for?
* Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or Business administration.
* Experience / Background:
More than 3 years of experience as Area Revenue Manager or Revenue Strategy Manager or similar.
Distinguished experience in commercial management, distribution, account management or similar.
Strong in numerical analysis and data-driven decision-making, experience with the rolling forecast process.
* Languages:
Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Excellent Excel /Sheets /Business Intelligence skills.
