2. What you´ll be doing
Your day-to-day as a Product Engineer
- Develop of stable and reliable services based on and,
capable of following our roadmap. Create, test, and maintain of our platform, API, and new services.
- Adhere to and evangelize our \"
Shakers Agile
\" work methodology. You will rigorously apply concepts of best practices in development, testing, QA, and documentation. Implement and work with a good Git flow (we use GitLab) for version control.
- You also believe in constant improvement. You are good at refactoring code, migrating bewteen frameworks, reviewing other people's code, testing, applying hexagonal architectures, thinking about microservices when needed…
- You are
proactive
; we don't want a developer who just picks up a set of specifications and doesn't think. Your obsession should be making our product faster, easier, more stable, and above all, scalable.

at least 2 years of Fullstack experience if you have an Engineering Degree, or 3 years of experience if you have an Engineering training program.
4. What's in it for you?
Compensation
The salary range for this position is between 36.000€ and 51.750€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.
The salary consists of:
- Between 36.000€ & 45.000€ fixed salary
- Up to 6.750€ quarterly bonus based on performance & potential and Shakers integral results (15%)
