PbJob Responsibilities: /b /pulliTo develop and execute the trade marketing plan in achieving the marketing and sales objectives in offline channels through the implementation of appropriate product mix, in-store presence, activations and promotions /liliLooking after all trade promotion (placing promotions based on marketing calendar) /liliWeekly market visits- monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategy, current promotions and stock level across POS (point of sale) /liliMonitoring stock movement to store, suggesting promotions or trade deals on slow-moving or near expiry products or promotions /liliExecuting BTL activities (new product launch and listing, sampling, consumer promotions) /liliActively taking part in product launch (giving presentation to sales team on new SKU) /liliFollow up with sales/product manager in order to achieve estimated sales on trade deals /liliTracking down the sell-out data by SKU and analyzing each product on weekly basis for each POS/ store. Preparing sales tracker for the same /liliConducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups /liliMonitoring competitor activity, Evaluating visibility market coverage of our products through weekly market visits /liliContributing executing marketing plans projects /liliCollect and disseminate Best Practices for profitable trade marketing activities /li /ulpbr/ppbJob Requirements: /b /pulliBachelor Degree or in Marketing, or any related field； /lili2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, and background in tobacco/Vape/FMCG industry is preferred； /liliGreat communication skills.
