The school now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Secondary English Teacher** to join our fantastic team. There is also the possibility of also teaching Drama.

**About the role**
As a Secondary Teacher of English, you will foster a passion for learning by encouraging curiosity and exploration, helping students become confident, independent thinkers who embrace mistakes as opportunities to learn. You will nurture a caring community built on respect, empathy, and collaboration, both locally and globally. Through delivering a trilingual education, you will promote oracy, debate, and conversation, building an understanding of diversity. You will also forge strong links within the Cognita family, supporting global connections.
**This is a permanent, full-time role with a start date in August 2025.**
**Who we are looking for**:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with QTS or International equivalent is essential.
- Knowledge/experience: Experience in Secondary across KS3 & KS4 is essential. Knowledge of KS4 Literature & Drama is desirable.
- Competences: Self-awareness and reflection, Personal Drive, Integrity, Resilience, Team working
- Languages: English native speaker level is essential and Spanish desirable, an existing right to work in the EU is highly desirable
