Company: My client, a leader in producing, marketing, and managing reusable cups for cultural, sporting, and social events, is looking for a Sales Manager. They are part of Superstruct Entertainment, a global live entertainment platform owning over 80 music festival brands across Europe and Australia.
With offices in Barcelona and Lisbon, they have collaborated with major companies for over 10 years, distributing more than 15 million units annually.
Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in sports, entertainment, and arena sectors.
* Negotiation: Design tailored proposals, negotiate agreements, and ensure implementation.
* Key Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with large clients like festivals, stadiums, and sports clubs.
* Cross-department Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, marketing, and logistics teams.
* Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and propose strategies.
* Reporting & KPIs: Track sales, generate reports, and meet targets.
* Brand Representation: Attend events, fairs, and meetings to promote sustainability.
Qualifications:
* Experience in B2B sales and key account management, ideally in entertainment, sports, or events.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Results-oriented with proactive opportunity identification.
* Contacts in sports, stadiums, or festivals are a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
* Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
