Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead
Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead to join the Marketing team. The role focuses on ensuring the technical progress of projects, advising technical roles, and delivering high-quality, profitable solutions for clients within the dentsu group.
Overview
The Technical Lead is a reference point for technical knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, guiding the growth and development of other team members. The role works closely with the Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and Client Lead.
Responsibilities
* Projects: provide solution design input, estimation, and technical assumptions; lead technical aspects of projects; identify and report technical risks; ensure scope, timeline, and cost compliance; ensure technical objectives and quality standards; supervise effort estimates and support testing; deliver final technical documentation.
* Solutions: provide effort estimations for marketing and martech projects; assist in client demos; identify opportunities for Up & Cross Selling from a technical perspective; suggest methodological improvements; collaborate with technology providers when needed; evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.
* Team and Training: share knowledge within Omega’s community of practice; provide thought leadership, training, and mentoring; participate in development and training of the technical team.
Skills
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects
* Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript
* Experience in HTML and CSS development
* Salesforce certifications are an asset
* High level of English
