Position Overview
The Partner Development Manager role is vital in spearheading Autodesk's initiatives to expand its partner ecosystem in EMEA mature. The focus is on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high‑potential partners to our existing Partner landscape. This position enhances Autodesk's market reach and propels growth as a platform company in EMEA. You will report to the EMEA‑Mature Channel Manager for Small and Medium sized Partners and be based in our Barcelona hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Identification: Identify potential partners aligned with Autodesk's strategic initiatives and market goals. Research and assess market trends to discover emerging partners that could enhance Autodesk's ecosystem.
- Partner Recruitment: Execute recruitment strategies to attract high‑potential partners. Communicate Autodesk's value proposition to engage and secure partnerships effectively.
- Onboarding and Enablement: Develop comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and early successes. Provide partners with necessary tools, resources, and support for effective enablement.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Foster strong collaboration and relationship-building within Autodesk's existing teams and new partners. Coordinate with different departments to facilitate strategic alignments.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and execute plans to monitor partner performance and success metrics. Use performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and success.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, partner management, business consulting, or a similar role in the IT Software market. Experience in the Autodesk ecosystem or in a platform company is an advantage.
- Understanding of market dynamics in a SaaS and platform business model.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C‑levels.
- Business fluency in English and at least one other European language. Any additional language is a plus.
