What You'll Do Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications built in.
NET (Framework/Core) and Python (Flask).
Develop intuitive and responsive UIs using React or Angular (Material UI, Tailwind).
Collaborate with Product Management and Business Analysts to align technical solutions with business needs.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Jenkins).
Troubleshoot and optimize applications across Windows and Linux environments.
Work in Agile/Scrum workflows, managing tasks through Jira and ticket-based systems.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
What You'll Bring 10 years of experience in software development with.
NET Framework/Core (C#).
Proven experience with React or Angular for front-end development (Material UI, Tailwind).
Strong Python (Flask) development experience.
Hands-on knowledge of AWS (EC2, EBS, S3).
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Jenkins).
Agile mindset and familiarity with modern development tools and workflows.
Experience with CRM 11 or newer versions is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions within multicultural teams.
