Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Purchasing team as a Procurement Data & Systems Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and procurement strategy. You will play a key role in transforming procurement processes through data-driven insights and digital tools.
In this role you will :
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and refine dashboards and reporting solutions to generate actionable insights for procurement decision-making.
* Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical requirements for tool and process development.
* Support the integration of procurement systems with enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Identify and implement process improvements that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
* Work independently on strategic initiatives, including data consolidation and digital transformation projects.
About the ideal candidate
* A bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
* Analytical and data interpretation skills, with hands-on experience in dashboard creation.
* Experience or knowledge on tools such as Power BI, Excel, SAP will be added advantage
* Interest in IT systems and their application to business workflows.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
* Any previous experience in procurement, data analysis, or IT systems will be valued
* Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills
