This position offers significant opportunities for reward and growth.As the Account Director for Service Providers, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhancing current client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients.The candidate will leverage their background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies to establish credibility with existing customers, partners, and prospects.Responsibilities include navigating within customers' organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming their trusted advisor, and expanding Infovista’s account footprint. The Account Director will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Product Development and Professional/Technology Services to ensure successful deployments.Requirements:
Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.Ability to develop strategies focusing on territory and key accounts.Extensive industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.Strong communication and influence skills, both written and verbal.Deep knowledge of Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions.Understanding of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations.Strong analytical, business acumen, and strategic planning skills.Proven ability to drive projects to completion and manage multiple opportunities.Qualifications:
7+ years of experience building and managing customer or vendor relationships, including with senior executives.Proven track record in selling OSS solutions and meeting sales quotas.Existing relationships with senior leaders at CSPs such as Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc.Willingness to travel up to 50%.Infovista continues to strengthen its position as a global leader in 5G and next-generation networks, focusing on network lifecycle automation for CSPs and large enterprises.
