Lead and manage a frontend engineering team, setting technical direction and fostering a strong team culture
Improve user experience through close collaboration with product/design teams.
Maintain high standards for code quality, system performance, and reliability
3+ years of experience leading frontend teams (5+ engineers)
5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with Typescript, React.js and/or Next.js
Strong focus on writing clean, scalable, and secure code
