Junior Key Account Manager Retail

We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager (Retail) who thrives on the front lines of the FMCG market. Responsibilities
* You will play a key role in executing the strategy, with responsibilities covering the entire scope of account management.
* You will effectively manage trade spend and ensure forecast accuracy to achieve overall sales and profit goals.
* Business Planning & Strategy: Assist with the development and execution of business customer plans. Perform weekly / period forecasting and demand planning. Assist in all areas of business planning, including internal / external communication, reporting, financial accounting, and administration.
* Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data and trends to increase sales and profitability. Collect competitive activity and circulate basic category data for internal and external use.
* Customer Management: Conduct business reviews with customers to review the current state of the business and align on future opportunities and goals.
* Execution & Field Coordination: Communicate and work with Field Sales to execute plans. Activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions and perform periodic market visits to ensure compliance.
* Partner with Category Management Teams to gain insight and help develop business growth opportunities. Utilize consumer and shopper insights to deliver leading category management programs.
* KPI Monitoring: Contribute to consistent operational growth through KPIs such as financial targets, space targets, and display targets.
Qualifications
* Educational and Experience Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business / Economics and 3-5 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
* Analytical Warrior: Comfortable with data analysis, using logic to solve business issues and with strong attention to detail.
* Communication Skills: Excellent team player who can align internal teams (Marketing, Trade, Finance) to serve the customer.
* Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and a B2-C1 level of English.
Other Details
We are looking for a commercial profile with solid experience in the sector. It’s a hybrid work model with a flexible schedule (with early finish on Fridays, also during summer months).
